Debbie Smith has a diverse work experience, starting as an Operations Coordinator for Adult Programs at East County Career Center from 1993 to 2006. Debbie then joined Rock Church in 2006, where they held various roles including Community Outreach Leader, Community Impact Pastor, and Director of Volunteer Development & Do Something Events until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Community Engagement at TCWGlobal (formerly TargetCW) since 2023.
