Rachel Altman

Rachel Altman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at TCWGlobal since April 2025. Previously, Rachel held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cordial, where responsibilities included workforce planning and managing sensitive HR matters. Rachel's earlier tenure at TCWGlobal (formerly TargetCW) as Director of Human Resources involved collaborating with the CEO to enhance company culture and employee experiences. Additional HR experience includes roles as a Recruiter at TCWGlobal and as a Human Resources Specialist at Entropic Communications. Rachel began her career as a Systems Analyst at Union Bank and as a Property Accountant at Cornerstone Property Management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego.
