Tom Kucharski

Tom Kucharski has extensive work experience in the field of technology and project management. Tom is currently the Chief Technology Officer at TCWGlobal (formerly TargetCW) since March 2022. Previously, Tom worked at FIT Solutions, LLC, where they held multiple roles. As the Manager of PMO, they oversaw the day-to-day activities in the PMO and ensured that IT projects met organizational goals and requirements. Tom also served as the Operations Manager, responsible for delivering activities, programs, and technical services, as well as managing the technical process and operational integrity. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Project Manager at FIT Solutions, LLC, owning projects from start to finish and coordinating with a team of engineers.

Before joining FIT Solutions, LLC, Tom was a Self Employed Independent Consultant. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients, leveraging their IT/business career experience, training, and education to help complete various types of project work.

Tom's earlier experiences include serving as the Director of IT at MRC Smart Technology Solutions, A Xerox Company, where they led the IT department and made strategic decisions. Tom also worked as the Sr Manager of IT Downstream Group at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where they were responsible for information technology management, employee supervision, budgeting, and process improvement.

Additionally, Tom worked as a Software Engineering Lead at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, leading a team of developers and managing various projects and applications. Tom also worked as a DBA at the University of California - Berkeley and as a Consultant at Context Integration, where they led major projects and coordinated events.

Tom Kucharski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University, which they attended from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Union Catholic from 1989 to 1992. Tom further pursued their education at UC San Diego, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2012 to 2015.
