Fabia Crole

Fabia Crole is an experienced professional in partnerships and education, currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Targeted Provision since July 2023. Prior to this role, Fabia held various positions at Future Frontiers from November 2017 to July 2023, including Director of Partnerships and Head of Partnerships, as well as Programme Officer. Fabia briefly worked as a Graduate Recruitment Assessor at Teach First in late 2017, focusing on recruiting participants for the Leadership Development Programme. Additionally, Fabia served as the Deputy Subject Leader of English and Teacher of English at Brompton Academy from September 2014 to August 2017, leading curriculum design and staff development. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Secondary English and a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Canterbury Christ Church University, and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at the University of East London.
