Sean Rowan

Sean Rowan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management, policy, and mentorship. Currently serving as a Manager at Targeted Victory since March 2022, Sean has previously held roles as an Associate and Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes directing expansion initiatives at Sfumato Holdings, where responsibilities encompassed lease negotiations and developing a financial model for a vertical integration project. Sean's early career features a policy internship at the American Principles Project, where lobbying efforts were conducted on Capitol Hill, as well as a winter internship at Saffron Ventures, focusing on project research and presentations. Additionally, Sean provided mentorship to youth at the Youth Leadership Foundation, fostering academic and personal development. Sean holds a degree in Classics from the University of Virginia and has educational experience from The Catholic University of America and The Heights School.
