Joe Duffy

Joe Duffy has a diverse work experience in the sales and recruitment industry. Joe started their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Kinetic Recruitment, where they led the Electronics and Embedded Systems division. Joe then moved on to Oracle, where they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive for Aconex, driving growth and adoption of the technology within Engineering and Construction organizations. Joe also worked as a Senior Account Executive for Cloud Infrastructure and Platform in NSW. After that, they joined Conga as a Territory Manager, focusing on digital document transformation and helping drive growth and adoption of Conga technology in Australia's largest enterprises. Currently, they are the Sales Manager - APAC at TargetRecruit, responsible for expanding the company's presence in Australia, New Zealand, and the wider APAC region.

Joe Duffy completed their Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Software Engineering at Dundalk Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006. In 2021, they also obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Transformation Management from University College Dublin.
