Tom Bonier is the current CEO at TargetSmart Communications and has over 20 years of experience in the field of political data and consulting. Prior to their current position, Bonier served as the Co-Founder/Partner of Clarity Campaign Labs and the Chief Operating Officer of NCEC. Bonier is a data-driven strategist who has helped hundreds of Democratic candidates win elections at the local, state, and federal level.
