Catherine Ammann

Catherine Ammann is an experienced HR executive and advisor who held various managerial roles in international companies on local, regional and global level (UBS, Panalpina, Straumann). In 2013, Catherine founded her own HR Advisory company which is mainly focused on supporting Biotech companies in all HR related matters.

From 2015 to 2019 she acted as Global Head HR and Member of the Extended Executive Management at Santhera Pharmaceuticals. Currently she advises several Biotech companies as Head HR in an executive function. Catherine holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Applied Sciences of Bern, Switzerland and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compensation & Benefits.
