KC Sivaramakrishnan

KC Sivaramakrishnan has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. KC is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Tarides from December 2022, and also worked as the Co-founder and Advisor at the same company since November 2017. KC has also held the position of Director at OCAML LABS CONSULTANCY LTD since August 2016.

In terms of their academic career, KC Sivaramakrishnan worked as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from January 2019 to December 2022. KC also served as a Director at Segfault Systems from February 2019 to March 2022. Before joining IIT Madras, they were a Senior Research Associate at the University of Cambridge from November 2017 to December 2018, and a Research Associate at the same institution from December 2014 to October 2017.

During their time in the UK, they were a Research Fellow at the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 from October 2015 to September 2018, and also held the role of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Darwin College, Cambridge from October 2015 to September 2018.

Lastly, KC Sivaramakrishnan gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2008 to December 2014, and as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research Cambridge in February 2012.

KC Sivaramakrishnan received their Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science also at Purdue University from 2008 to 2011. KC obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PSG College of Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
