Carol Rodriguz is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in information technology and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Tarion Warranty Corporation since February 2016, Carol has previously held key roles as an Information Technology Project Lead at Mattamy Homes from November 2012 to February 2016, and as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE from June 2009 to November 2012. Carol began a career in project management as a Project Manager at MCAP from January 2007 to June 2009. Carol holds the PMP and PMI-RMP certifications, underscoring a strong commitment to expertise in project management practices.

Tarion is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ontario’s new home buyers and owners through the province’s new home warranty and protection program. Tarion helps consumers protect one of their most significant purchases by guiding them through their rights and responsibilities under the new home warranty, so they can make informed decisions throughout the warranty claim process.
