Lesley Ross has extensive experience in corporate administration and governance, currently serving as Corporate Secretary at Tarion Warranty Corporation since October 2010. In this role, Lesley reports to the CEO and Senior Vice President of Legal Counsel, playing a key part in facilitating communication among the Board of Directors, management, and stakeholders. Previous positions include Administrator of Corporate Relations at Central 1 Credit Union and multiple roles within Credit Union Central of Ontario, including Interim Corporate Secretary and Executive Assistant positions. Earlier career experience includes administrative support at Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plans and McDonnell Douglas Canada Ltd. Lesley holds a diploma in Accounting from Humber College and an Ontario High School Diploma with Honours from Westwood Secondary.

Tarion is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ontario’s new home buyers and owners through the province’s new home warranty and protection program. Tarion helps consumers protect one of their most significant purchases by guiding them through their rights and responsibilities under the new home warranty, so they can make informed decisions throughout the warranty claim process.
