Natalie Sidon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Tarion since October 2021, Natalie previously held positions such as Talent Manager at Tangent Animation and Human Resources Business Partner at Dillon Consulting Limited. Earlier roles include Temporary Services Manager and Staffing Coordinator at IS2 Workforce Solutions, and HR/Communications Coordinator at Nygard International. Natalie's academic background includes a Master's degree in HR Management from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce in HR from the University of Manitoba. Responsibilities have encompassed recruitment, workforce planning, HR information systems management, and safety training support. Additionally, experience as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Manitoba involved grading and marking for advanced Commerce courses.
Tarion
Tarion is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ontario’s new home buyers and owners through the province’s new home warranty and protection program. Tarion helps consumers protect one of their most significant purchases by guiding them through their rights and responsibilities under the new home warranty, so they can make informed decisions throughout the warranty claim process.
