Terricia Wilson, MSc, ASA, ACIA, CRM, is an experienced Risk Compliance Manager at Tarion, where responsibilities include maintaining risk management frameworks, leading compliance audits, and developing staff training for governance and compliance. Tarion is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ontario’s new home buyers and owners through the province’s new home warranty and protection program. Tarion helps consumers protect one of their most significant purchases by guiding them through their rights and responsibilities under the new home warranty, so they can make informed decisions throughout the warranty claim process.
