Carlos Alberto de Moraes Borges

Carlos Alberto de Moraes Borges serves as CEO and Diretor Técnico at TARJAB since November 1983, overseeing all technical processes to ensure quality, cost, and deadlines in line with strategic planning and feasibility studies. Borges has been a professor in Real Estate Development at Secovi-SP since December 2009 and taught in the MBA in Real Estate Business at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from January 2013 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from USP, an MBA in Marketing from ESPM, a specialization in Administration from FGV, and a degree in Civil Engineering from FAAP.
