Rakan al Hassan

Rakan Al Hassan (Radaideh) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rakan is currently the Director of Products at Tarjama& since January 2023, where they are responsible for leading the customization of Sales Force and SAP systems, as well as automating the client journey. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Products at the same company from November 2021 to January 2023, where they successfully automated the client journey and integrated APIs.

Before joining Tarjama&, Rakan worked at Ureed.com as the Chief Operating Officer from November 2019 to November 2021. In this role, they were instrumental in establishing and managing the online platform, connecting employers with freelancers. Additionally, they served as the Marketplace and Talent Director at Ureed.com from April 2019 to November 2019.

Rakan also has experience working at Tarjama& in the past. From October 2017 to April 2019, they served as the Operations Director, implementing an ERP system and launching the Enterprise offering to streamline business operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Projects Manager at Tarjama& from October 2015 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Rakan worked as an Event Executive at the Middle East Broadcasting Center from January 2013 to October 2015. Rakan also held the position of Account Executive at Solidarity First Insurance from August 2010 to December 2012.

Rakan Al Hassan (Radaideh) completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, specializing in Business Studies, from The University of Manchester from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Amman Baccalaureate School from 2000 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: "AI For Everyone" from Coursera in 2022, "Product Management," "Programming for Non-Programmers," "SQL Bootcamp: Learning the Language," and "User Experience Design" from General Assembly in 2019.
