Waleed T. Jarrar

Waleed T. Jarrar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Waleed T. is currently serving as the People and Culture Director at Tarjama since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an SHRM Instructor at Morgan International starting from 2017.

Before that, they held roles at STS PayOne as the Director of HR & Admin from 2021 to 2022, and as the Sr. Manager of HR & Admin from 2018 to 2021. Waleed T. also worked as an HR Business Partner at HR Compass from 2016 to 2018.

In 2017, Waleed worked as the Human Resources Manager at Retail Group Jordan, where they were responsible for supporting the delivery of HR strategy and managing organizational development initiatives.

Before that, they served as an HR & Admin Manager at MarkaVIP, where they contributed to the establishment of HR offices in Jordan and foreign countries, recruited talents, and managed various HR functions. Waleed T. also held the position of Assistant HR Manager and Senior HR Associate at MarkaVIP.

Waleed began their career as an HR & Talent Acquisition Advisor at Vision Employment company in 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Al ARRAB CONTRACTING CO and as an HR & Recruitment officer at ICG group - Investment Care.

Waleed T.'searliest role was as an HR officer at Irish Mortgage Brokers & Yes Finance from 2007 to 2009.

Waleed T. Jarrar completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Hashemite University in 2008. In 2009, they received a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Agenda Group. In 2015 to 2016, they obtained a SHRM-CP (Certificate ID: SHRMAPP19119) in Human Resources Development from Morgan International. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the German Jordanian University.
