David Wall

David Wall is a Recruitment Director at Tarka Talent, a boutique strategy, transformation, and change recruitment practice. With over a decade of experience, they previously built 3Search into the UK's leading marketing recruitment agency, managing a team of 12 and leading senior searches across the bidding space. David has contributed to various sectors, specialising in business development and marketing roles, and is a founding member of the APMP diversity focus group. They hold a BA in International Relations from the University of Exeter and have also served as a teaching assistant at St Thomas' Choir School in New York.
