Christine Carruthers

Christine Carruthers has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christine has held various director-level positions in multiple companies, including Tarkett, Tandus, IMP Group, and Polar Foods. Christine has also worked as a Senior Manager in Convergys and as a Manager in TrentonWorks Ltd. Overall, they have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources management.

Christine Carruthers completed their education at Saint Mary's University, where they earned a B Comm degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations in 1992. Prior to that, they also obtained a BSC degree in Psychology from the same university, graduating in 1987. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as Change Management Foundations and Holding Yourself Accountable from LinkedIn.
