Frederic Vaillant

Frederic Vaillant, MBA, currently serves as Division CFO for Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports since January 2021. Previously, Frederic held the position of Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller at Delphi Technologies from 2016 to July 2020, overseeing global operational finance functions and supporting major business pursuits. Prior to that, Frederic was Vice President Finance at BorgWarner, where leadership included financial post-acquisition integration and restructuring activities. Frederic also served as Global Finance Director at ZF Group, managing finance operations across multiple countries, and advanced through roles at Continental Automotive Systems, where responsibilities included directing finance functions for various business units and driving significant financial improvements. Frederic earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Chambéry, supplemented by executive education at IPADE Business School.
