Gaëlle Babouche

Gaëlle BABOUCHE has extensive work experience in HR development and talent management. Most recently, they served as the Group HR Development Director at Tarkett, where they were responsible for defining and implementing the company's HR development strategy. Gaëlle strengthened talent management, career management, and other development actions, and successfully managed the global talent pool. Prior to their role at Tarkett, Gaëlle worked at CGG, where they held various positions, including People Development and University Director and HR Business Partner. Gaëlle managed a team and supervised people development activities, redefined the vision and mission of CGG University, and developed initiatives to boost employee engagement. Gaëlle also has experience as a Jurist in Social Law and as a Training Assistant at Fougerolle Ballot and Aft Iftim Institut Formation Technique Implantation Manutention, respectively.

Gaëlle BABOUCHE holds a Master's degree in Labor Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which was attained in 1997. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Social Law from the same university. In 2021, they completed a Certified Professional Coach program at the CIC - Centre International du Coach, specializing in coaching.
