Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson has extensive work experience in the flooring industry. Jason recently worked as the Director of Customer Experience at Tarkett since 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Milliken & Company from 2017 to 2024. In this role, they managed the Turnkey Division and provided full turnkey services for national accounts. From 2014 to 2017, Jason was the Department Director for Source One Turn-Key Division at Tandus Centiva, where they oversaw material, installation, and project management for national accounts. Jason also worked at Southeastern Commercial Flooring as a Sales and Project Manager from 2011 to 2014, handling sales, project management, and issue resolution. Before that, they were a Corporate Account Manager at Shaw Industries from 2008 to 2010, responsible for generating demand and driving specifications for Shaw Contract products. Earlier in their career, Jason served as the General Manager at Modular Flooring Technologies from 2001 to 2008.

Jason Richardson attended Lee University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
