Joyce Josen-Heijgen

Joyce Josen-Heijgen has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Joyce is currently the Human Resources Director Netherlands & Belgium at Tarkett. Prior to that, they worked at Imerys as the HR Director Performance Minerals EMEA - Markets and Science & Technology. Joyce also served as the Area & Segment HR Manager BU Europe at Calderys, and as the HR Manager at Martens en Van Oord. Joyce held various managerial roles at Philip Morris Benelux BVBA, including Manager HR Commercial Organization and Manager HR Benelux. Joyce also worked as the Manager HR Business Partner at Philip Morris Czech Republic. Early in their career, they held positions such as Manager Sales Training & Development and Employee Relations Officer at Philip Morris Benelux BVBA. Throughout their career, Joyce Josen-Heijgen has gained extensive experience in employee relations, HR management, and leadership.

Joyce Josen-Heijgen has a Bachelor's degree in Personeel & Arbeid from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. In 2007 to 2009, they completed a Leergang Corporate Learning at the Foundation for Corporate Education. In 2010, they underwent Executive Coach Training at the Institute of Leadership & Management. Later in 2011 to 2012, Joyce attended the HR Strategic Partnering Program at Cornell University. In 2017, they studied Corporate Antropologie at Academie voor Organisatiecultuur. Additionally, they obtained a certification in ADKAR Change management from Prosci in 2014.
