Kyle Cross

Kyle Cross has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as the Claims Team Manager at Tarkett since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions at Shaw Industries from April 2012 to April 2021, including Supply Chain Project Coordinator, Financial Services Manager, Promotional Goods Customer Specialist, and Residential Customer Service Representative. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Dining Room Manager and Server at O'Charley's from June 2006 to June 2012. Kyle holds two Bachelor's degrees in Project Management and Biblical Studies from Liberty University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
