Marie France Nantel

Marie France Nantel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and acquisitions. Currently serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal and Acquisitions at Tarkett North America and Tarkett Sports since February 2021, Marie France has previously held the role of General Counsel and VP of Legal Affairs and Acquisitions at Tarkett Sports from January 2010 to February 2021. Prior to this, Marie France operated as a consultant at Consulting MF Nantel, providing expertise in mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and securities laws to various organizations.
