Olga Chebykina

Olga Chebykina is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning several organizations. Currently serving as the Division HR Development Director for Tarkett in the TEE&APAC division since January 2018, Olga focuses on implementing human resource strategies, employee development, and policy administration. Prior to Tarkett, Olga held the position of HR Manager at SOKOLOV Jewelry, where responsibilities included developing policies for European subsidiaries and creating a KPI system. Earlier career roles include Senior Research Consultant at SpenglerFox, Recruiter at Magistral Group LLP and Tarbagatay Munay, and HR Specialist at Check Point Central Asia LLP. Olga's educational background includes coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International and studies at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.
