Sanja Vranjes Baricic

Sanja Vranjes Baricic serves as the HR Vice President for East Europe and Asia at Tarkett since September 2008, where responsibilities include managing the East Europe HR team. Previous roles at Tarkett include HR Development Director for the TEE division, overseeing talent strategy and development plans, and Group HR Development Manager, focusing on talent philosophy and global employee engagement survey initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Manager for the People Development pillar and HR Manager overseeing HR processes for 800 employees. Sanja's tenure at Tarkett began as an HR Specialist, conducting various HR activities. Previous to Tarkett, Sanja worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Entrepreneurial Management and as a Human Resources Consultant at Bjanko Communication Centre. Academic credentials include a PhD in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Management, and a Graduate degree in Management, all from universities in Serbia.
