Stephen Kemp

Stephen Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephen started their career at Wurth as a Field Sales Consultant, where they managed accounts and developed new business. Stephen then moved on to Rockwool Group as a Technical Sales Consultant before joining FTA as a Business Development Manager and later as a National Sales Manager. Stephen also worked at Aqualisa Products Limited as a Regional Sales Manager. In their most recent positions at Tarkett, they served as a Regional Manager, Residential Sales Director, and is currently the Sales Director Commercial and Retail. Stephen has experience in leading sales teams, developing strategies, managing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets across various channels. Stephen takes pride in working for a world leader in recyclable floorcoverings.

Stephen Kemp attended Cramlington Community High School from 1995 to 1999. Stephen later pursued a degree in Business and Marketing at Northumbria University from 1999 to 2002.
