Joe Cooper

Joe Cooper is an accomplished sales and management professional in the athletic flooring industry, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Tarkett Sports Indoor since June 2019. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at Connor Sports from 2005 to 2018, including General Manager of the Strategic Innovations Division, where Joe successfully launched a new construction division that contributed over 15% to total sales. As Territory Sales Manager, Joe focused on managing large projects and cultivating relationships with key clients in education and construction. Joe's earlier experience as Director of Commercial Sales involved developing resilient athletic product lines, enhancing business development and client relationships. Joe holds an MBA in Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS from Iowa State University.
