Mathieu Lhoste

Mathieu Lhoste is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Quality Director at TARMAC AEROSAVE since February 2020, Mathieu oversees compliance with customer and AAA group requirements, manages a team of 11, and drives continuous improvement of quality systems, maintaining EN9100 and ISO9001 certifications. Prior to this role, Mathieu held the position of Quality Manager at Assistance Aeronautique & Aerospatiale, focusing on quality management processes, team training, and supplier quality management. Previously, as Quality Assurance & Safety Manager at Tarmac Aerosave SAS, Mathieu established quality systems in accordance with various ISO standards and secured EASA PART 145 approvals across multiple sites. Mathieu began the career with an apprenticeship as a Quality Manager at DAHER. Educational qualifications include a Master's level Title of Quality Management Manager from KEDGE Business School and a Professional Quality License with an Industry option from the European Institute of Quality.
