Matthieu Goury currently serves as Directeur du Développement et du Patrimoine at Tarn et Garonne Habitat since April 2020, overseeing the development and construction of 140 to 150 new housing units annually, urban renewal projects, and the rehabilitation and maintenance of nearly 5000 units. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Directeur de la Stratégie Patrimoniale, managing construction and heritage activities. From March 2012 to April 2020, Matthieu was responsible for urban planning and renewal at TOULOUSE METROPOLE HABITAT, leading a significant urban renewal program involving the demolition and construction of thousands of housing units. Earlier experience includes roles as Chargé d'opérations at Saiem de Chambéry/Chambéry Alpes Habitat, focusing on various housing projects, and as Chef de projet at SEMABL, where Matthieu directed urban development in Tulle. Matthieu holds multiple degrees, including a Master 2 in Administration des entreprises from IAE Caen and a DESS in Urban Strategy from Université Blaise Pascal.
