Benjamin Waiss has a diverse background in civil engineering and real estate development. With experience in project management, design, and construction, Benjamin has worked in various roles ranging from intern to Director of Development. Benjamin's expertise includes utility street design, storm drain design, wet pond design, and grading services, with a focus on educational facilities, commercial, retail, and residential developments, as well as transit projects. Benjamin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering from Caroll College and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Washington.
