Timothy Werfelmann is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Tarragon since January 2022, Werfelmann previously held positions as Project Manager at Alliance Residential Company and Project Engineer at Tarragon. Prior to that, Werfelmann accumulated significant experience as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, and as Project Engineer at Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Beginning with roles focused on construction coordination and site management at Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity, Werfelmann has built a solid foundation in construction management. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Washington State University, Werfelmann's academic background supports a strong commitment to excellence in construction project delivery.
