Hai Nguyen

Hai Nguyen is an experienced health and wellness professional currently serving as a Health & Wellness Specialist and Healthcare Partnerships Coordinator at Tarrant Area Food Bank since August 2022. Prior to this role, Hai worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Woman's University from August 2020 to May 2021, and as an Assistant Manager at Xtreme Supplement Depot from July 2015 to July 2020, where responsibilities included customer interactions and online order management related to fitness products. Hai also served in the US Army from June 2011 to June 2015 as an Army Health Care Specialist, ensuring the welfare of soldiers and conducting combat first aid training. Hai holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree with a Nutrition emphasis in Dietetics from Texas Woman's University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College.
