Lisa Dalton

Lisa Dalton is a seasoned professional in the field of theater and arts education, serving as the President and Co-Founder of the National Michael Chekhov Association since 1988, where the focus is on preserving and promoting Michael Chekhov's creative techniques. Dalton's leadership extends to being a Board Member of SAGAFTRA's Dallas-Fort Worth chapter and the President of the Live Theatre League of Tarrant County, Texas, both advocating for the arts and union representation. Additionally, Dalton's expertise includes roles as a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and Lisa has contributed significantly to various theater-related organizations, including working as an advisory board member for Artisan Center Theatre. Dalton's academic background includes a BA in Theater and Spanish from the University of Maryland and graduate studies in Theater at American University.
