Marcus Kerr

Marcus Kerr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology leadership and project management across various educational institutions and organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Project and Portfolio Management Office at Tarrant County College, Marcus leads technology strategy implementation and oversees a significant project portfolio. Previously, as Vice President of Information Technology at the American Association for Respiratory Care, Marcus drove digital transformation and shaped the technological direction of the organization. Additional roles include Senior Director at FlightSafety International, Chief Information Officer at Texas Wesleyan University, and various positions focused on educational technology and instructional design. Marcus holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
