Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell, P.E. serves as the Executive Director of Real Estate and Facilities and the District Director of Capital Improvements at Tarrant County College since May 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Assistant Director of Engineering Services at the City of Burleson from October 2015 to May 2022. Paul's career includes experience as a Project Manager at Pape-Dawson Engineers and Adams Engineering, and as Team Lead and Project Engineer at Dunaway Associates and Adams Engineering, respectively. Paul began the professional journey as an Engineer in Training at Carter & Burgess and as an Engineering Intern at Terra-Mar. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1998 to 2002.
