Shubhra Jain, MD, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and investment sectors. Shubhra currently serves as the Head of Healthcare Investments at Tarsadia Investments. Prior to this, they were a Managing Partner in a company operating in stealth mode. Shubhra has also held roles as an Investor at Berkeley Lights, Inc. and Zymergen. Shubhra has been actively involved in mentoring and advising digital health startups as an advisor and mentor to the Springboard Enterprises' Digital Health Council. Shubhra has also served as a Global Mentor at Endeavor, a non-profit organization supporting high-impact entrepreneurs worldwide. Shubhra is a Board Member of FemTech Collective and an Advisor/Mentor at UCSF Health Hub. Previously, they held the position of Principal at Cota Capital, where they focused on investing across private and public markets. Shubhra has also served on the board of Mission Bio.

Shubhra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School and another MBA degree from INSEAD, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to their MBA degrees, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Shubhra'sundergraduate degree is an MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, specializing in Medicine and Surgery.
