Meet Semlani

Meet Semlani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as an Analyst at Mergermarket, where they conducted research and evaluated mergers and acquisitions. They also contributed to reports and data for publications.

After that, Meet joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate, initially in Asset Management in New York and later relocating to Mumbai. They worked within the Regulatory Risk and Control space, managing program life cycles, analyzing dependencies, risks, and issues, and producing executive metric reports.

In 2018, Meet joined MPOWER Financing, a fintech start-up, as part of the Business Operations and Customer Success team. They played a key role in building the Operations team in India and handled various responsibilities such as capacity planning, customer interactions, process building, and project management.

As an Independent Consultant in 2020, Meet worked as a Growth Consultant, focusing on helping organizations achieve growth.

Most recently, Meet is a Co-founder at Tartan, a company they established in 2021.

Meet Semlani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Global Business from the University of Chester, and completed their studies from 2015 to 2016.
