Pramey Jain

Pramey Jain has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. In 2014, they worked in Citi as part of the Credit & Portfolio Risk Management team. Pramey then moved to HDFC Bank in 2015, where they served as an Assistant Vice President until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Vice President at ADANI CAPITAL LIMITED. Afterwards, they joined IDFC FIRST Bank as the Head of Risk Analytics from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Pramey is the Co-Founder & CEO of Tartan, a position they have held since 2021. Additionally, they are also the Co-Founder & CEO of Batik, a product by TartanHQ, where they focus on helping employers and HR leaders build a happy and healthy workforce through effective employee benefits.

Pramey Jain completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in an unspecified field of study from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Pramey pursued this degree until 2009. In 2016, they enrolled in the NUS Business School for a program in Business Management and Leadership. Pramey successfully completed this program in 2017.
