Pradip Sorathiya

Pradip Sorathiya has a diverse background in various industries. Pradip started their career in 2017 as a Trainee at Farm Implements & Machinery Testing & Training Centre in Bikaner, Rajasthan, where they gained experience in operating and maintaining tractors and farm implements. Pradip also learned about testing various farm implements and measuring their performance parameters.

In 2018, Sorathiya worked as an Intern at Netafim, where they gained further insights into the industry. Later that year, they served as a Sales and Marketing Intern at SHAKTIMAN (Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd.), focusing on marketing new products and studying factors affecting customers' buying decisions.

In 2019, Sorathiya joined Mahindra Rise as a FaaS Rental Manager, where they presumably managed the rental operations for the company's fleet. Pradip served in this role until December 2022.

Currently, Sorathiya is working at Niqo Robotics (formerly TartanSense) as a Product Development Manager, specializing in sales and marketing. Their responsibilities include conducting field-level research, particularly in the agriculture automations and robotics sector. Pradip also plays a crucial role in product development, deepening the company's market penetration.

Pradip Sorathiya attended R.k University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Agricultural Engineering.
