Paula Nuzzi

Paula Nuzzi is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment since August 2024 and as an instructor at Ivy Tech Community College since September 2022, focusing on training and development for local businesses. Previously, Paula held significant roles, including Vice President of Talent Operations & Culture at Peak Toolworks, where responsibilities included establishing HR functions for a multi-site operation, and Commercial HR Leader at Ingersoll Rand, overseeing HR operations for various commercial teams. Experience also includes serving as Regional Human Resource Leader at Trane, managing HR for unionized manufacturing sites, and a tenure as a Military Police Officer in the US Army. Paula holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management/Labor Relations from Cornell University.
