Marilyn Simon

Marilyn Simon is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. As the owner/operator of their own practice since January 2013, Marilyn operates in a semi-retired capacity while continuing to serve as counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP since June 2011. In this role, Marilyn provides expertise in bankruptcy-related matters to various corporate debtors and creditors, collaborating with leading legal, banking, and accounting firms. Academic credentials include a JD from Seton Hall School of Law, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Midwood High School, Brooklyn College, Golden Gate School of Law, and Seton Hall University.
