Prior to this role, Phaedra worked as a Legal Assistant at Healy & Baillie, LLP from October 1994 to February 2003, assisting the litigation department head and maritime partner. Phaedra holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Florida State University and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Baruch College.
