Scott Mosier has had a diverse career in the hospitality industry. From 1999 to 2018, they have held various roles in different companies. Scott began their career at Las Positas Catering as a Banquet Captain/Server/Bartender/Busser in 1999. Scott then moved to Innovative Dining Group as a Waiter in 2005. In 2009, they joined The Seymour Group as a Real Estate Analyst and also worked as a Manager for Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. In 2010, they began working at The Huntley Hotel, The Penthouse Restaurant as a Captian. In 2013, they joined The Battery as a Lead Server. Finally, from 2018 onwards, they have been working with Tartine Bakery in various roles such as Director Of Retail Operations, General Manager Inner Sunset, Assistanat General Manager and Manager.
Scott Mosier attended Las Positas College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied General Studies. Scott then attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
