Stephanie Tantillo

Director of Bakery Production at Tartine Bakery

Stephanie Tantillo has worked in the food industry since 2014. Stephanie began their career as a Pastry Chef at Masseria Dei Vini in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Baker at Breads Bakery and a Pastry Chef/Bread Baker at B&B Hospitality Group. Stephanie then moved to Bakeri in 2016, where they worked as a Lead Bread Baker. In 2017, they started working at Eataly, holding roles as Education Manager and Bakery Manager/Head Baker. In 2021, Stephanie became the Head Baker at Saraghina Bakery and in 2022, they were appointed Director of Bakery Production at Tartine Bakery.

Stephanie Tantillo attended the University of Rhode Island from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Writing and Rhetoric. From 2010 to 2011, they attended Babilonia Scuola di Lingua to study Italian. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Apicius International School of Culinary and Hospitality, where they studied Italian Culinary Arts.
