Art Quezada

Art Quezada is a Direct Hire Recruiting Associate at Tarvos Talent, LLC. In this role, he focuses on finance and accounting direct hire recruiting, specializing in finding and retaining top talent for his clients. Art has extensive experience recruiting across multiple industries, including software, sales, biotechnology, accounting, finance, and engineering. He manages numerous openings and candidates while paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. He hit 110% of his yearly goal in Q1 while at a global technology conglomerate company in 2022, held the 3rd highest submittal rate in 2019, reaching over $300k in placements, and reached 150% of the “President’s Club” goal in 2018. Art is from El Paso, Texas, and holds a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and ultimate frisbee at Zilker Park, and taking his 3-year-old German Shepherd, Bodhi, to dog parks around town.
