Julie Lake Adams is a Senior Manager of Permanent Recruiting for Tarvos Talent, LLC. Julie focuses on Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources recruitment and business development. Prior to joining the Tarvos team, Julie spent ten years with a global staffing & recruitment firm where her performance led to a management role. During her tenure she managed a successful team by creating honest and transparent client and candidate relationships, growing the business and reaching significant milestones. Connecting talented individuals with amazing companies is a passion of Julie’s—she is continuously fulfilled by the long-lasting relationships she’s built for and with her clients. Originally from Northeast Texas, Julie has a background in hospitality and held various positions within the industry, including Accounting, Sales, and Human Resources. Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Phillip, and their daughter Ellie. She loves using her ingenuity to create new things and is an avid hockey fan. She is actively involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through their annual Light the Night walk.
