Gergana Nedkova

Gergana Nedkova has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and debt collection. Gergana is currently working as a Software QA Engineer at Tarya Fintech Bulgaria. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Fadata Group from May 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Fadata Group, they worked as a QA Tester at Automation Labs Ltd in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Company Secretary at Nedkov Consulting Limited. Gergana also has experience in the banking sector, having worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Eurobank EFG from July 2007 to 2016 and as an Expert individual banking and collector at United Bulgarian Bank from March 2006 to July 2007. Gergana started their career as a Credit Collector at EOS Matrix Bulgaria from April 2004 to March 2006, where they were responsible for customer service, debt collection, account monitoring, and account adjustments.

Gergana Nedkova's education history begins in 1997 when they attended 30to SU Bratq Miladinovi - Sofia - high school, focusing on German Language and Literature. Gergana completed their high school education in 2002.

In 2004, Gergana enrolled at the International Business School (IBS) - Bulgaria, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economics Relations. Gergana successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2008.

Continuing their education at IBS, Gergana pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Gergana started their MBA program in 2008 and completed it in 2010.

Aside from their formal education, Gergana also obtained several additional certifications. In 2004, they received a Certificate of Achievement in a Course for credit collectors from Europe Matrix Financial Services. In 2007, they obtained the ZOP (Zentrale Oberstufenprüfung) or Advanced Level Examination from the Goethe-Institut Sofia, proving their advanced German language skills. In 2018, Gergana earned a Certificate of Achievement in a Business English Language Course from the Arena school of English in Dublin, Ireland. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of completion in a Quality Assurance Course from Swift Academy Bulgaria in October 2018.
