Roberta Cartechini

Roberta Cartechini has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at TAS Group since May 2021. Prior to this role, Roberta was an HR Specialist focused on IT/ICT at WESTHOUSE ITALIA SRL from September 2017 to April 2021, managing the recruitment process for IT profiles and engaging in headhunting activities. Earlier positions include roles as a Sales Assistant at Bluespirit Gioielli and La gioielleria, as well as an HR Generalist at Libera Società Cooperativa, where responsibilities encompassed payroll and employee relations. Roberta holds a Master Degree in Law and a Bachelor Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Ferrara, alongside an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from SIDA GROUP SRL and a diploma in informatics from Istituto Tecnico Industriale G.
