Jerome Travis Martyn has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jerome Travis is currently the Founder and CEO of TASA Solutions, a company that offers Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), Management Experience (MX), and Supply Chain Experience (SCX) solutions to client brands. Prior to this, Jerome worked as the Director (Experience Leader) - Business Development at Globee GBS, where they gained extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and client advocacy across various industries. Before that, they held management positions at VADS Berhad, Scicom (MSC) Bhd, MAS Holdings, HSBC, and Standard Chartered Bank, where they developed skills in areas such as client advocacy, sales, and business development. Overall, Jerome's work experience showcases their expertise in CX, UX, BPO, and client management across different sectors and regions.

Jerome Travis Martyn attended various educational institutions throughout their academic journey. In 1999 they enrolled at the Colombo Business School in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and obtained a Diploma in Business Administration, awarded by the Institute of Business Administration, UK. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting at the Colombo Business School, accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority through James Watt College, UK. In 2003, Martyn continued their studies at Binary University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, awarded by the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, UK. Lastly, in 2004, they attended Stamford College and completed a Master of Arts in Marketing, also awarded by the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, UK.
